UTAU音源 (UTAU voicebanks)

伍華紅菜の管理の下で配布されているUTAU音源をダウンロードした時点で、この利用規約に同意したとみなします。

    クレジット方法について

  • 音華アカナ（おとかあかな）の著作権は伍華紅菜が保有しています。使用する際は必ず音源名（音華アカナ）を概要欄に正しく記載してください。作者名（伍華紅菜）の記載は任意です。音源を他の名前でクレジットしたり、他の人が作者だと誤解されるような表記方法、及び自作発言は禁止されています。

  • 本音源を使用して公開される作品には、本音源に付随するキャラクターの視覚的描写が含まれていなくとも構いません。

  • 公式立ち絵を使う場合は必ず絵師の名前を記載してください。

コンテンツ作成について

  • 同人利用、及びR-18,R-18G利用は許可されています。ただし、必ず明確にゾーニングしてください。

  • 宗教的、及び政治的利用は禁止されています。

  • 以下の種類のコンテンツの作成は無条件に禁止されています。
    - 犯罪または違法なコンテンツ
    - 偏見や憎悪を煽るコンテンツ
    - UTAU利用規約に違反するコンテンツ

  • 本音源の作者は、音源を利用して作成及び公開されたコンテンツの削除をいつでも要求する権利を留保し、ユーザーはこれに従うことが求められます。

商用利用について

  • 本音源を商用利用するには、作者に連絡して許可を得てください。

  • 本音源及び音源に含まれるすべてのコンテンツを、非代替性トークン（NFT）または暗号通貨を含むプロジェクトに使用することは禁止されています。

再配布について

  • 本音源の再配布は禁止されています。
    - 例外として、作者が音源の管理を続行することが困難になった場合、未編集の音源全体のみ再配布できます。ただし、音源の名前と作者を正しく表記する必要があります。作者の親族等に権限が譲渡された場合は、そちらの規約に従ってください。

音声編集について

  • 本音源の音声ファイルの編集は禁止されています。

  • 無断での派生音源及びそれに付随するキャラクターの作成は禁止されています。

  • oto.ini や FRQ ファイルなどの設定ファイルは自由に編集できます。編集済みのファイルを作者の許可なしに再配布することは禁止されています。

  • 本音源を他の歌唱シンセサイザー用に編集、変換、または再構成するには、作者の許可を得る必要があります。

By downloading any UTAU voicebanks distributed under the management of Akana Ituka, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms of service.

Attribution

  • The copyright of 音華アカナ (Otoka Akana) is held by Akana Ituka (a.k.a. Akana). When publishing work using this voicebank, you are required to state the name of this voicebank.

    • It is not necessary to state the name of this voicebank's author. When attributing the name or author of this voicebank, you must write the names correctly.
    • You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author.

  • Published work using the voicebank may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank character.

  • If you use the official illustrations, please be sure to include the artist's name.

Usage Content

  • You are free to create sexual/violent content. However, make sure it is clearly labelled as NSFW with proper content warnings, and do NOT place these somewhere minors can access.

  • Do not create political/religious content.

  • The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited:
    - Criminal or illegal content
    - Explicit underage sexual content
    - Bigotry and hateful content
    - Violations of UTAU's Usage Policy

  • Akana reserves the right to request takedown of published content at any time, and users are expected to comply.

Commercial Use

  • Contact the author for individual approval to use this voicebank commercially.

  • You cannot use this voicebank or any included assets in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency.

Redistribution

  • Before this voicebank is discontinued, you cannot redistribute it.

  • After this voicebank is discontinued, you may only redistribute the entire unedited voicebank. You must correctly attribute the voicebank's name and author.

Editing

  • You cannot edit audio files of the voicebanks.

  • Derivatives are prohibited.

  • You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files. However, do not distribute edited configration files without permission of the author.

  • You need to get the author's permission to edit, convert, or reconfigure this voicebank for any other singing synthesizer.
